OILSEEDS PROCESSING

Oilseeds processing is the main activity of LLC “Chernozemye”. In this sphere we provide a full range of services: from raw seeds cleaning to the production of finished goods in the form of sunflower meal and oil. The plant works according to the forpressing-extraction scheme. All stages of production and automation systems are equipped with modern facilities that are made by world-class manufacturers. It allows us to process more than 600 000 MT of sunflower seeds and produce up to 300 000 MT of oil per year, keeping the low cost of processing.

Storage capacity enables the company to work smoothly during several days without removal of finished products. The total oilseed meal storage capacity is 10 000 MT, sunflower oil storage capacity is 20 000 MT. It is possible to load from storage by means of road transport and railway one.
