LLC “Chernozemye”, a member of Group of Companies of “ExOil group”, has started designing a new production facility for deep processing of oilseeds (soybean / rapeseed) with a capacity of 2000 tons per day.

Construction of the plant will begin in spring 2019. The launch is scheduled for 1st quarter of 2021. Modern production facility with the use of advanced engineering technologies will be made under this project.

The new complex will include: a processing plant for soybeans and rape, oil hydration section with lecithin production,  section for production of soy protein concentrates, an oil storage with a capacity of 150 000 m3 and modern silo-type elevator  with a capacity of 80 000 MT.

The final products of manufacture will be fodder soybean meal with different content of protein, rapeseed meal, soybean hydrated oil, rapeseed oil, vegetable lecithin, soy protein concentrate.

The implementation of this project will help to create 500 new vacancies that will significantly influence on the development of the region.

It is also worth noting that the production is waste-free. This is a closed cycle, that can be compared only with natural ecological systems based on biogeochemical cycles of matter.
